Purchase and Ordering
Customers can order products through the webshop available on our website.
After placing an order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event that a product is unavailable or for other justified reasons. The Customer will be informed of this in a timely manner.
Prices
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR).
Prices are valid at the time the order is confirmed and may be changed without prior notice, except for orders that have already been received.
LUMENUSLUDENS obrt za usluge i proizvodnju is not registered for VAT.
In accordance with the Croatian Value Added Tax Act, VAT is not charged and is not included in the product prices.

Card Payment (Worldline)
Secure and fast payment through the Worldline system. The following common payment methods are supported:
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, etc.)

Apple Pay
Payments are processed through the secure Worldline interface, and card details are not stored on our website.
Cash on delivery — the amount is paid to the delivery service upon receipt of the shipment.
Bank transfer — payment is made according to the instructions received after placing the order, and the order is processed once the payment is visible in our bank account.
Payment is considered completed once we receive confirmation of the payment or when the delivery service receives the payment upon delivery.
Shipping and Delivery Times
Delivery times are stated on each product page or in the order confirmation.
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery is carried out by authorized delivery services, and the delivery service is responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery.

Returns and Complaints
Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Products must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
Complaints concerning defective or damaged products are handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
